A paradise
Throughout history, the concept of paradise was significant. Its power is in its capacity to make human life meaningful and bearable, despite the fact it is inevitably fleeting. Paradise is a place of peace and prosperity. It is a place that is far from the normal historical era and therefore is not afflicted by illness or crime, or even death. It is also a location which is populated by healthy and youthful beings.
Paradise is described in many different ways, from the Garden of Eden of the Bible to the lush Pacific Ocean islands of novels and Gauguin's paintings. Even in modern times, the rise of communes, and a renewed interest in gardening and outdoor life can be viewed as a signification of paradise. The term "utopian" in reality, conjures images of paradise. Although not all utopias have religious connotations, they typically include paradisial motifs. They are also designed to attain some of the characteristics and attributes of paradise in reality.
There are many different meanings of the word "paradise, but most of them describe a state of extreme beauty or pleasure. It can also mean the ideal place to do an activity or a hobby such as the golfer's paradise or bird's paradise. In a religious context it could refer to heaven, the abode of the righteous after death.
Several different languages have used the term paradise, but it was originally derived from the ancient Iranian language of Avestan. The word is pairidaeza or "walled enclosure," from the roots pairi, "around," and daeza, "wall." It was later included in the Hebrew and other Aramaic texts as paradeisos, and later changed into Greek, where it became paradise.
In the Bible it is said that paradise is the Garden of Eden, where the first couple lived in a beautiful environment that was free from disease and death. After they disobeyed God and sinned they lost their paradise. In later Bible prophecies, paradise is described as a location in the eschatological future where the happy people of the world will live for eternity. The word paradise is also used to refer to the state of mind or spiritual that is a state of total happiness and joy.
